OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Cape Town

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be responsible for general office administration and office maintenance.

Duties include the following:

  • general reception duties
  • coordinating various tasks
  • diary scheduling
  • office maintenance and caretaking
  • general administration
  • liaising with public and service providers

The job and person specifications for the position are:

  • Grade 12
  • 2 years’ relevant experience
  • good writing skills (English)
  • excellent administrative abilities and an eye for detail
  • good computer literacy (MS Office)
  • ability to professionally liaise with external stakeholders and public
  • ability to work in a diverse and highly professional environment

A market related salary package is offered (negotiable). The position is available immediately.
