OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Cape Town
We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be responsible for general office administration and office maintenance.
Duties include the following:
- general reception duties
- coordinating various tasks
- diary scheduling
- office maintenance and caretaking
- general administration
- liaising with public and service providers
The job and person specifications for the position are:
- Grade 12
- 2 years’ relevant experience
- good writing skills (English)
- excellent administrative abilities and an eye for detail
- good computer literacy (MS Office)
- ability to professionally liaise with external stakeholders and public
- ability to work in a diverse and highly professional environment
A market related salary package is offered (negotiable). The position is available immediately.
